"I had a very disappointing and unprofessional experience with this mover and packer service. I booked them to transport my bike to **Chitrakoot**, and they initially promised delivery within **7–10 days**. But after taking my bike, they suddenly told me they couldn’t find any vehicle going to Chitrakoot and that the delivery would be delayed indefinitely. When I questioned them, they just shrugged it off instead of taking responsibility. Because of their poor planning, I had to change the delivery location to **Kanpur** myself. They didn’t even provide **any photos of the bike packaging**, even after I asked multiple times. When the bike finally arrived in Kanpur and I went to pick it up, I found the **visor cracked**. Despite me having already made the full payment, they refused to take responsibility for the damage. Overall, extremely unprofessional service. They don’t care about proper handling, don’t communicate clearly, and definitely don’t value their customers. I would *not* recommend this service to anyone."
